Your membership may be HSA eligible. As of 2026, direct primary care memberships qualify for reimbursement through a health savings accounts. Pairing your NKDC membership with a high-deductible health plan (HDHP) is one of the most affordable ways to get comprehensive primary care coverage — with greater benefits and lower overall costs. Semi-annual & annual members lock in their current rate — even across a birthday.
Your membership tier is based on your age — and updates annually on your birthday, not your enrollment date. If you're turning 50 next month and sign up for a monthly membership, you'll move to the 50+ tier in 30 days. But if you purchase a semi-annual or annual membership now, you lock in your current rate for the full term. It's the only way to hold your tier before crossing into the next membership tier.

We believe the same transparency that guides your membership should extend to everything else — including labs and procedures.
Your care is a conversation. When it comes to testing, you and your provider work together to determine what makes sense for your health goals, your history, and where you want to be. We don't order a standard checklist — we talk through what's right for you.
Some routine labs and procedures are included in your wellness visit at no additional cost. When additional testing is recommended, we'll walk you through what it is, why it makes sense for you specifically, and exactly what it will cost before anything is ordered. No surprises, no mystery bills — just a clear plan you and your provider build together.
Whenever possible, we keep it convenient by providing care right here in the practice.
